Abstract Because of the rock carrying property drilling fluid, it is usually necessary to add bentonite and polymer into fluid improve viscosity fluid. However, will seriously affect rheological property, sand speed, degassing effect, etc. Therefore, develop a new environment-friendly low cutting agent for In this paper, konjac gum was modified by metal complexation. Some were studied.
